The scholars and researchers of management and organizational studies have spoken about the significance of coordination in organizational processes. For the first time, Henry Fayol, considered it among the five elements of
management. Mitzburg too considered it as one of the two crucial organizational measures. The necessity of paying attention to the issue of coordination stems from the interdependency and interrelationship among various sections of an organization or those of various organizations.
Keeping the viewpoints and theories of scholars and researchers about inter-organizational coordination and its various aspects, the present article attempts to design and develop a coordinating model for the transit organizations of Iran and their application assessment in the real world with the help of statistical and mathematical regression methods, statistical correlation and planning. The mentioned model, includes an organizational coordinating committee (council) and eight subcommittees (councils) to coordinate transit activities of these organizations

This research has investigated the affective characteristics on Tehranian
customer interest in Shahrvand electronic shopping system and has identified
a few basic strategies for the development of this supermarket in its electronic selling. In this respect it considers the following facts consisting
of Iranian user's customs and culture, the needed technical substructure,
Iranian consumer behavior and a few related issues. Interest in Sharhvand
electronic supermarket results from reasons such as the amount of
accessibility of customers to Internet and their knowledge about it, their
awareness of availability of Shahrvand electronic supermarket and its free
delivery, a low tendency from customers to shop from new places even after
friend's suggestions, shopping outside home as a hobby, comparing the
prices before shopping, attractiveness and liability of Shahrvand's Internet
section in replying to customer's need and also the proper transport system
of this supermarket in delivery of goods.

This study aims at a better understanding of the entrepreneurship
phenomenon in Iran. A comprehensive model has been presented that
results from interviews with 35 Iranian entrepreneurs. It should be considered more as a direct observation of entrepreneur's practices rather
than previous theoretical studies. The presented model indicates that starting
entreprenecrship can be achieved through simultaneous gathering of "Entrepreneurial potential", "Tendency towards entrepreneurship" and a "Feasible idea"; the effective factors on these three variables are categorized in three groups of individual characteristics, background and environmental factors. And in this respect has given a multi dimensional perspective to this research. Furthermore, with respect to the entrepreneurial potential and the important factors affecting it, some hypotheses and a questionnaire for field study of these variables are presented. At the end, a domestic definition of
Iranian entrepreneurship will be presented as the conclusion of the present
study.

The 1990s are witnessing the rapid growth of client I server (CIS) computing, but for an organization to benefit from a CIS model, it should ensure that the processing architecture matches with its information processing requirements.
Organizations to benefit from advantages of CIS processing architectures, they should determine their information processing requirements and then select one of the CIS processing architectures, which matches with their requirements.
To define a solution for CIS processing architecture, This study utilizes Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) techniques. This is a case study. We have carried out our study in production planning & control system of X-Company.
According to Gartner Group model, we considered five different types of CIS processing architectures, subsequently ranking them based on five critical criteria, which are derived from literature, in order to determine strong and weak points of each CIS processing architecture.
To select an appropriate CIS processing Architecture, we analysed and determined the information requirements of all organizational levels, then asked the end users, about preferences by questionnaires.
We combined all obtained data and computed them based on fuzzy logic, and finally chose one of them by MADM techniques.
