This paper is the outcome of a field survey on identifying and ranking the criteria which play significant roles on entrepreneurial ventures appraisals by investors. This study mainly intends to emphasis the entrepreneurial ventures investors whom according to classification of this research are categorized under two categories; 1) friends and relatives; 2) Business Angels.
Before we go any further in this study, first we review the problem definition and its importance. Then we will review the research literature which has been implemented on the definition of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs’ finance resources, nature and role of venture capitalist and the business and finally their evaluation criteria.
Second part of this research discusses a statistical analysis/test of the criteria obtained from the literature, by Investors’ responds to the questions given out in the first part. Then the Investors are presented by the identified accepted criteria generated from the second part in order to classify and rank them by using AHP Matrix Technique. AHP Technique analyzes such input data. By obtaining required data and information, statistical hypothesis are examined.
Conclusions show that market criteria as a general set, and product acceptance by market as a singular criterion receive more importance among identified criteria.

What is concept of the environmental capacity and how organizations interact with it?
Dimensions of complexity, dynamic and uncertainty have been the focus of some research with interest on environment. On the other hand, various researches have studied the styles of proactive and adaptive interdependence between environment and organizations. However, a few research have also studied interdependence between organization and environment based on the concept of environment capacity and styles of proactive and adaptive. The main objective of this research is theoretical contribution in organizational knowledge through designing conceptual model of interdependence between organization and environment using a systematic approach for Iranian corporations. The main Point in this research is that organizations should use different styles for achieving effectiveness, considering their environmental capacities.

This article is based on an applied research conducted in a number of administrative organizations in 2003. In this article main managerial abilities, necessary for senior managerial abilities, and related sub- indicators are classified and explained and then within a conceptual framework two sets of managerial abilities categories and their subcategories are identified and elaborated on.
The objectives of the research are expressed and tailored in some basic research questions. These are then surveyed and tested by analytical statistics such as Pearson Correlation Variance-analysis, Tukey (HSD) and regression analysis.
Results gained through various tests are then showed in tables prioritizing managerial abilities.

In today’s economy, competition and challenge from individual firm’s performance has changed to what we termed supply chain performance. Supply Chain performance refers to supply chain wide activities for end customer’s requirements fulfillment that included product accessibility, on time delivery, inventory and required capacity in supply chain for appropriate performance in responses to end customer’s requirements. Supply chain performance has passed firm’s boundaries because it consists of primary materials parts, subassembly, end products and their distribution with varicose channel to end customer.
With considering necessary criteria for supply chain performance measurement; this paper provides a new model for supply chain performance measurement through existing supply chain performance analysis. This model was developed with considering supply chain uncertainties in order to overcome over four type uncertainties and achievement to higher level in titration.

Issue of entrepreneurship has created a vast confusing literature and approaches of study. Entrepreneurship-related issues attract interests in this field in recent years. This interest is caused probably by finding
that new business enterprises are the primary source of new employment opportunities. Failure and success of SMEs has been the subject of many research. To better understand business success versus failure, different approaches have been used. Finally we will use a new approach based on the relation between entrepreneur’s performance on start-up and probability of success.
In is paper, starting a new business was studied using a model of start-up presented by SBDC of Ohio consisting thirty-two activities grouped in seven stages. The most important findings here are as follows:
• Performance of successful entrepreneurs in start up phase
differs significantly from failed entrepreneurs in the following
activities:
o having business plan,
o beginning market efforts,
o defining a vision,
o preparing comprehensive promotion and advertising
plan,
o and employing qualified personnel.
• Entrepreneurs have paid little attention to the following
activities:
o choosing advisors and services,
o researching the market,
o preparing a promotion plan,
o structuring an inventory control system,
and considering location.
