			<abstract>The objective of this project is to deduce all
theories, axioms and propositions in all realms
of management. For this purpose the major
fields of management delineated and because
of the very fact that the field of behavior is the
focus of all major analysis of human behavior
and the human being is the entering gate of all
values into theories and models of
management, paramont importance and
priority was given to it in the process of this
study.
As a second step, important theories, and
models of any field were deduced according to
the following sequence of activities:
1- Deducing appropriate definitions,
2- Deducing outlines of theories
3- Deducing assumptions and major
principles that the theorists most clearly or
implyingly refer to them.
The key words in this endeavour are :
Principle, Generalization, Description, Axiom,
Perspectives, Hypothesis, Assumptions,
Interpretation, Fundamentals, Explanation
and Approach.
Moreover, conventionally speaking, any
theorists for elucidation and expression of his
assumptions and presuppositions which
demonstrates his or her philosophical
inclination and their tendency toward certain
schools of thought. These assumptions and
presuppositions have been classified in a very
vivid manner.
In the third and fourth step the very
dominant principles, presuppositions and
axioms will be deduced for further better
decision making.</abstract>

			<abstract>In the article while trying to recognize the
internal and external structure of budget in
public organizations, crisp and fuzzy approuch
have been applied of to cost planning model.
The results demonstrate that the mathematical
model of cost planning in society is an ideal
model (GP). Also for further upgrading the
validity of the model, Fuzzy logic has been
applied for measuring the nonrigoraousness
(Vagueness) of utilized costs.
The resulting model from Fuzzy logic for
cost planning in public organizations is a
GBMF model. Hence by providing (Fuzzy
Budget) There will be an answer for following
questions which remained unanswered for a
long time for financial planner:
1- How the &quot;vagueness&quot; of the data to be
analysed in cost planning could be measured.
2- How the &quot;intervening&quot; and non
controllable exogeneous and endogeneous
variables &quot;in predicted budget could be
measured quantitatively.
3- How can we Involve the &quot;natural
language signification in cost planning, in such
a way that can be expressive of the emotional
feelings of decision makers.</abstract>

			<abstract>The objective of this research is to study and
analyse the mentioned objective. For this
purpose a number of 10 hospital with the
nurses of different departments were involved
for the matter.
The testing group were of 188 number
which 107 of these were control group and 81
of them were of testing ones. They responded
to the Bum out questionnaire of Meslesh and
Jackson and Spielberger questimaire of stress
which their validity and reliability were
demonstrated firmly.
The achieved results show that there is a
meaningful and direct correlation between the
frequency and depth stress and bum out. Also
this research demonstrated that there is
meaningful correlation between the degree of
burn out and stress with respect to certain
demographical characteristics of the chosen
sampls such as educational status, job
hierarchy and so on. But with the increase of
age  seniority, the degree of bum out will
be diminished. Also demonstrated that the
non-married individuls are more prone than
married ones to bum out</abstract>

			<abstract>The main objective of this article is to present
the result of a research on Industrial
Distribution Network in Iran which for the
first time is being carried out for the purpose
of recognizing the industrial goods distribution
network, estimation of the volume of
transaction in each case, and to study the
impact of certain elements.
The factors and variables which their
impact on the volume of transactions in distri
bution channels were studied are: the kind of
industry, the kind of consumption, the nature
of goods and the their unit value.
One of the interesting results ot this study is
the very fact that inspite of the western
countries, especially USA, the industrial goods
in Iran through direct distribution network are
transacted three times more than the indirect
distribution network. Also the research
demonstrates that excepct the kind of
consumption, all the major variable involved in
this study have meaningful effect on the
volume of transactions with in distribution

			<abstract>Measurement of organizational climate for
rcognition of intra-organizational elements and
adjusting them for the managers is highly
important. One of the prevalent techniques of
measuring the organizational climate is the six
dimensional model Box of Wiseboard which
consists of objectives, structure, incentives,
communication and auxiliary methods. To
these factors in this model, the element of
reaction and sensitivity toward change has
been added in order to provide more
comprehensive approach of factors involved in
understanding the organizational climate. The
industrial unit which was chosen for the
experimentation of research is located in
Isfahan composes of 1300 personnel. The
results show that there is a problem in the
incentive system of the organization which its
main cause, is the inappropriateness of
communication and auxiliary methods.</abstract>

			<abstract>In spite of pivotal position of effectiveness
construct in organizational theory this concept
has been appropriately developed yet and
there is less consensus on the criteria for its
definition in organization.
The varieties of effectivenss models and
approaches to its utilization are many.
Discussion on preferring one model of
effectiveness to another is a continuous
process. For instance advocates of objective
model claim that effectiveness should be
measured in terms of objectives, while the
advocates of systems resource model claim
that the ability for attaining benefit is the best
criteria for success. All the variables of
effectivenes titled organizational effectiveness
criteria have been gathered by kempel and his
colleagues as a comperhensive table of
context.By using this comprehensive table of
content Queen and Roorbuf seduced and
condensed all of these criteria to the status of
organizational analysis (OA) so that could not
be parallel and oriented toward the
performance of organization. Queen and
Roobuf by connecting the models of
effectivenss (Four original model of
organizational effectiveness) with the value
dimensions designated of organizational
effectiveness.
Multiple value framework which results into
human relation models, open system, rational
objective and internal procedurs. The multiple
value model does not imply any organization
culture criteria correlated to organizational
effectiveness. In this article designing an
effectiveness model with emphasis on
organizational culture has been researched.</abstract>
