				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Human resources are deemed to be strategically important to organizations. In the circumstances, managers basically focus
more on the pay and fringe benefits of the personnel or on the rules and regulations related to the management of human
resources to the detriment of other aspects of the case. The first important step in human resources management is recruitment
and supply of manpower. If this step fails to employ job applicants with proper qualifications, it will result in open and hidden problems. More emphasis must be put on the applicant's
education, experience and professional expertise with respect to the employment. Recent studies in the field of human resources
management have focused on five characteristics that will and
manpower of success the achieving towards contribute
 

organizational goals as well as bringing job satisfaction. They are as follows:
1) Personality 2) Aptitude 3) Interest 4) Intelligence
5) Skill
	The main focus in this article is on the type of personality
which has been insufficiently searched as yet in the recruitment and employment of manpower. In order to creat suitability between personality and job, special tools and techniques have been taken into account.]]></dcterms:abstract>

				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[The totaly quality management has been discussed over a decade by managerial academics and fora of a unique insight which may contribute towards enhancing the organizational effectiveness. The scope of this emergent movement has extended
from the industrial and manufacturing units of the private sector to the state entities and bureauracies and even to non-profit
organizations.
	The present article reviews the viewpoints of the founders of
this management philosophy and analyzes and evaluates the principles and assumptions suggested for organizational change. This paper also defines the framework of the total quality management schemes in the entities where the related techniques
have been executed as well as the impact of these schemes on the organizational behavior process. In the final analysis, considering the failures and successes of the TOM programs, the essential
requirements for contributing to the ultimate success of this philosophy in the future have been enumerated.]]></dcterms:abstract>

execution and some of its real applications are explained. The recent research work is concentrated on the self-automation of
the modelling process. Such softwares can be classified as: program generators, special systems and multi-purpose model

				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[The packaging of the products is influenced by the change in the environmental conditions and falls among the tools of
enhancing the competitive power. Packaging of the products usually follows objecties such as: product protection, reliability,
comfort, customer communication, reuse, market share, life-cycle enhancement, differentiation of goods and further exploitation of
the market potentials. However, in the packaging design, the following points should be observed : costs_, size, material, shape,
colouring, composition of the items and the physical identity. This
requires a research to be undertaken on the final consumption
markets, analysis of the product positioning in the market and innovation in the design. Overall, it can be said that the design
effectiveness is retained by periodic revisions.]]></dcterms:abstract>
