The concept and phenomena of listening is
inevitably, consciously or unconsciously in their
daily encounter, hence it is necessary to
acquire more knowledge in order to have
effective utilization of this concept.
The art and skill of good listening will
utgrade the quality of our communication with
our coworkers and other organization
members and enables us to catch the
attention, sympathy, affection, empathy and
intellectual cooperation of others. This will
lead to greater degree of achievement and
productivity.
The art and skill of good listening
specifically for managers and supervisors is
one of the secrets of being a good achiever
and for the better improvement of the Quality
of Word Life (QWL) and. has to be reinforced.
In this article, for the better understanding
of the matter, three main subject of,
differences between hearing and listening, the
process of hearing and listening, the styles of
effective listening have been analyzed.
The other kinds of listening such as casual
listening and effective or active listening along
with empathic listening have been scrutinized
as well.

Economists, sociologists and others have come to-this conclusion that the only element that eventually will determine the orientation of development, economic and social development of any country is the human resource. Hence the physical capital and natural resources are not determinant one in this respect. The development of human resources which is the result of younger generation education will increase the power of production sources so that the supply at the determined time would be available. The more education of work force is comprehensive, systematic and intense the more it-will help to enhance the power of individuals which leads to higher productivity and accelerated development. Higher education causes the greater skill For younger generation . which in turn leads to higher production and more efficiency and productivity. Human resource theory and productivity, the age- income curves for educated people and the efficiency productivity evaluation and estimation of university graduates have been dealt with in this article.

Women which comprise half of the
population of the world is one of the indexes
of development. Hence the level 'of women
employment can be an effective element in
upgrading the economic and cultural
development of our nation. Unfortunately if
the men employment faces with problems
which does it has multiple effect (1Il women
employment. The women have been kept away
from employment scene for-several different
pretexts. The discriminatory procedures-of
entering for certain job sector for women, •the
lack of specific skills and expertise, and the
preventive attitude of employers in women
employment due to high cost are a few
problems which exists in the teahouse of
women employment.
In Iran, according to 1365 census the rate of
women participation has been decreased. One
of the main reason for this decrease which is
due to increase in the level of their education
has been analyzed in this article. Women intensive
employment of certain economic.
sectors is also another factor in this arena The
women are centered more in scientific and
speialized sectors.
The development theories in general and
the infereme that third world countries due to
cultural economic attributes should utilize
more of the women in specific is been
suggested. The women employment even in
developed countries have proven to be
discriminatory. Information about certain
developed countries such as Japan about the
status of women.

With respect to the role and status of
cooperatives in harvesting, market supply and
eventually the development and improvement
of income and status level of farmers, the
performance of such cooperatives have to be
screened .and surveyed.
The major aim of this article is the estimation
of success and achievement level of such
cooperatives as regard to marketing
agricultural products, and diagnosing the
problems and impediments in this respect.
The qualitative improvement of agriculfural
prodvct and the income of fanners,
improvement and development of services and
agricultural product marketing requires a
strong linking vehicle which only the rural cooperatives
can afford to carry out this
critical task. Field research, interview of
responsible people of relevant organizations,
unions, rural cooperatives, data and
information gathering from other sources,
interview with farmers, and documenting all
the information for analysis have been used in
generating this article.

In this article the role of creativity and

در این مقاله ابتدا به نقش خلافیت و نواوری در بقای شرکت ها توجه شده و سپس ضمن بررسی تعریفهای خلاقیت و نوآوری ، عوامل موثر در پرورش استعداد و توانایی خلاقیت و نوآوری مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. نقش مدیران در پرورش این استعداد بسیار مهم و حساس است .
آنها با رفتار و عملکرد خود می توانند افراد خلاق و نواور بار بیاورند یا می توانند موجب فرسودگی مغزها را فراهم کنند .
در بین عوامل موثر ایجاد نظام مدیریت مشارکت جو ، تشکیل تیم های کاری ، انگیزه و نواوری ، فرهنگ لازم ، ایجاد واحد تحقیق و توسعه آموزش و ملزومات ساختاری مورد توجه قرار گرفته و در پایان اشاره ای به موانع خلاقیت شده است.
