Abstract

This article is based on an applied research conducted in a number of administrative organizations in 2003. In this article main managerial abilities, necessary for senior managerial abilities, and related sub- indicators are classified and explained and then within a conceptual framework two sets of managerial abilities categories and their subcategories are identified and elaborated on.
The objectives of the research are expressed and tailored in some basic research questions. These are then surveyed and tested by analytical statistics such as Pearson Correlation Variance-analysis, Tukey (HSD) and regression analysis.
Results gained through various tests are then showed in tables prioritizing managerial abilities.
