A new system of evaluation will be introduced in this article to evaluate banks’ performance on the heading of deferred payment sales. The system is designed using a namber of structured system analysis, power designer and Delphi technique. One of the priorities of this new designed system is the presence of a quality observer who has control over the whole process of deferred payment sales and also has all the reports of its performances. Thus nothing will be out of control. Polls taken from experts and customers, proved the new model to be useful. Considering the huge amount of deals using deferred payment sales, the proposed system, offered a new chance for performance evaluation of its related experts, besides removing the inefficiencies of executive methods and developing the trend of facility assigning. In this proposed system, the necessary information for customers and users, experts and managers will be available according to the defined level of accessibility.
