Good Governance is new model for sustainable development. This model emphasize on cooperation with partnership and intraction between three sector of state, privat sector and civile society. In order to use of total capbility usefully in development program.
In this article first focus on the definition of Good Governance and model of state in it.
Then analyse and feasibility study role of state in governance in Iran. This article is out put of discovering research that is illustrate Iranian state condition in each variables or charactristics of model.
Then analyse feasible or unfeasible use of Good Governance model in Iraninan state structure. Finally try to refer the reason of this Iranian state situation.
