Technology Acceptance Model essentially introduced in 1989 by Davis for determination of effective factors on technology acceptance of information systems users. This model, based on theory of reasond action (TRA), rely on two basic factor in technology acceptance:
Usefulness and Ease of use. In this research we will introduce a developed model for Ministry of Interior with brief study and use of developed models base on intial TAM; specially developed models in governmental organizations and less-developed countries; also based on information gathered from ICT experts and users in Ministry of Interior.
