Abstract

This article is confined to the research results which is conducted in a company under the protection of Mostaz ’ fan foundation. The p1tterns and framework of the article is from the paper entitled “Why the Employees Remain in the Organization”, (#l6
Management Knowledge, PP. 69-3).
The results indicates that the internal environmental elements, external environment and job situations are effective elements for creating an atmosphere which makes the employee to stay in the organization becomes higher.
The meaning of such a relationship is that the employees who are dissatisfied with their job remain in the organization because of the external environmental pressure, and this is not in any way beneficial for management of a company.
The articles respectively deals with information gathering methodology, sampling methodology , statistical methods , data analysis, and eventually the research results at the end.
