The View of Participatiive Decision Making Effects on Staff Job Satisfaction (Case Study: Khozestan Agriculture Bank)

Abstract

One of the important issues in survival and efficiency of organizations is procurement of the staff job satisfaction. The available literature and the researcher’s observation has given him much cases of relationship between participaitiv decision making and job satisfaction in Iran organizations such as Khuzestan Agriculture Bank. The following made him interested to carry out a scientific study on the factors which effecting on it. The considered population were 682 staff of Khuzestan Agriculture Bank and the sample population composed of 90 people whose selected in a ratio stratified sampling. The means of gathering data was Library and field studies also the measurement medium was questionnaire. The validity confirmed by content, face and construct validity and the measurement reliability confirmed throug cronbach alpha (cronbach alpha = 0.90). The research hypotheses analysed by Kendall’s correlation coefficient, Kruskal-wallis and scheffe. Their analysis results (confidence invalter of 0.99) refuse null hypotheses. Therefore participatiive decision making and job satisfaction of Khozestan Agricultural Bank staff have high amount of meaningful straight relation (confidence invalter of 0.99).
