Mathematical Modeling Through Maximizing of Composit Policies, Strategies and Plans to Hand on Needed Technology for Manufactering Units in Developing Countries

Abstract

In this essay, the subject of selecting suitable
alternatives for obtaining required technology
in accordance with the needs of developing
countries through implementing the
fundamental policies, "performing researches
and expansion of manufacturing units",
transfer of technology and extracting needed
technical knowledge from foreign sources
"Purchasing products components and parts,
and assembling them", and also through
implementing the strategies of "discovering
new products", "reverse engineering",
"developing of domestic technology",
"manufacturing under the foreign licenses".
and "assemble the independent parts of
products" and "foreign investments" are
discussed respectively.
In this essay, in order to select the best way
of obtaining the required technology through
the possible and existing policies and
strategies, a two-staged mathematical model
has been suggested. In the first stage, by
means of critical measures, the quantity and
quality of different alternatives are measured
and analyzed, and at last the result of
suitability indexes of each one extracted.
In the second stage, the improvement of the
composit policies and strategies of
manufacturing, research and expansion of
businesses of a manufacturing co, obtained
through .selecting .plans (projects) of .research
and development, transfer of technology and
import of products, :with the help of a planning ,
model such as round figures of 0 - 1, and also
by considering the technical, financial, human
resources, trading and information constrains.
