Abstract
For the further recognition of the past and
present situation of on the job (further)
training in industrially developed countries and
the impact of economic and social trends this
article is been researched. In this article the
pros and cons of further education in different
organizations on the basis of the expert views
have been analysed. In this arena the
advocates of the programme is very much
reiterated. However in the process of
economic development, organization are one
of the very powerful levers. The development
and dynamics of organizations depend on
further education which is the basic
background for the objective.
