The Complexity and development of
business decision making is in need of strategic
management. The management of the internal
affairs of a company is only a part of managers
function. A through and appropriate approach
to the dynamics of external environment of
organization such as the competitors,
suppliers, the ever decreasing and scarce
resources, the government sponsored rules
and regulations which creates limitations for
corporations, and finally the customers imitate
several other functions for the managers. The
corporate managers in order to convert these
effects into efficiency they have designed
strategic management which is aimed at
making the company to be efficient in a
dynamic and competitive environment. In this
article MR. ASSEMI POOR has analyzed the
strategic management within a context of
behavioral approach. Definition of strategic
management, dimensions of strategic
