Productivity is an accepted phenomenon in different industries of the world. Nowadays, countries all over the world are trying to increase their
commercial, industrial, and national productivity continuously and they attempt to do this by applying efficient management tools.
In different industrial organizations, productivity depends on various
variables, among which the organizational climate plays a major role.
The writer of this essay has conducted two studies in educational and
industrial organizations, and in both of them he has come up with the
relationship existing between organizational climate and productivity.
According to these studies, the strategy of productivity is to optimize the
productivity in industrial and educational organizations. In industrial
organization it would mean considering the role of the following nine factors
based on their importance namely: support, reward, warmth, identity,
standards, conflicts, risk, responsibility and structure, and as for educational
organization it would mean considering the role of the six factors of identity,
reward, warmth, conflict, support and risk, according to their significance
and which are effective in the promotion of the rank of management services.
