This paper has developed an algorithm for selecting a preeminent manager. This mentioned algorithm has created a hierarchical structure which can be resolved using a Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The major advantage of this model is its reliance on proportionate characteristics between candidates for management position characteristics and the related organization.
The precision of Fuzzy AHP technique in selecting the chief manager is a higher than other techniques. Thus, the presented approach is judged to be a reliable and highly valid in selecting a chief manager for the organization.
