Abstract

In this study a number of universities, inside and outside the country, have been evaluated in order to provide some methods of quality management improvement for our universities in Iran.
Moreover, essential to developing quality evolution in higher education administration, the experience of a university in implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) was reviewed. Lessons learned from mistakes, structural changes, changes in the behavior and attitudes of the staff, originated from implementing the program were focused on during the research
