After defecting the information systems development projects in many cases, because of deficiency of the used analysis and design models, researchers began to create new models in this area. The main reasons for defecting project and deficiency of models were as follows:
Unsatisfaction of managements and users:
Focusing the models on only one aspect (view) of the systems and reality. Many efforts were carried on to solve these problems. This article is a contribution in this area to create a new model by using “action - research” method to design interactive information systems.
