Abstract

One of Models which has operationally paid to cognition and defenition of learning organization characteristics is Wick and Leon’s Model. Both of them by extended studies in successful companies has pointed to prominent characteristics such leader with vision, plan / Metrics, information, inventiveness, implementation as learning organization characteristics. This study has proceed to mentioned characteristics in educational organization. Methodology of this descriptive research includes survey and the Majer tool is a questionnaire which has been done among organizational Managers. Regarding statistical universe’s limitation ‘all of Managers has been considered within the sample. For analysis of research questions, It has been used: descriptive statistic (frequency, mean standard deviation) and inferential statistic. The result pointed out that aforesaid that organization claiming teaching possesses only a few of necessary learning organization characteristics, so it’s far away from desired condition. At the end on the basis of achieved results in order to change to a learning organization, some suggestion has been presented.
