Subsystems of Research, Training and Agricultural extension (T.A.T.) have specific characters and Structures that define their management and organization behavior in compare with other managerial Systems. Macro-management, organizing structure and agricultural Sector chart’s in the last 25 years need to be re-engineered.
Affective factor analysis of compatibilization of integrated management of T.A.T, was accomplished by participation of 209 managers of this field. It was understand that the three factors of Modification, Radical and Intermediate Mechanisms are affective for giving credit to T.A.T.
Structure Modification variable in the planning of T.A.T had the biggest roll by the coefficient of 0.482, verses independent modification variable of budgeting with the coefficient of 0.15 8.
The result of factor analysis and regration model of T.A.T Compativilitization management model in each one of the four steps of reformation as fallow:
1. In office level and staff ornament,
2. Planning structure
3. Organizational structure,
4. Budgeting and credits,
The results show the gap between current conditions with the
ideal conditions in management.
