The major goal of this research is to present a model that wil1 add new insights into the understanding of management and organization theories. This approach can deal with the hidden and untouched facets of theories and will contribute to the discovery of a new theoretically scientific framework so as to c1arify the
weaknesses, strengths, degree of efficacy and applicability of each
theory on the basis of ecological and cultural features. For instance, the theory of Weberian bureauracy is briefly explained in this article.
