Abstract

The major goal of this article is to present a method whereby the qualitative position of a firm can be ascertained. When the qualitative rating of a factory has been determined in the course of regular months, not only a company's upturn or downturn can
be examined but goal orientation will also become possible. Thus the method presented here is based on the qualitative tripartite level towards enhancement of customer parallel to the line of
various activities accomplished at the factory site.
