Since three decades ago when strategic management was introduced as a new theory in the management of organisations
and companies, and because of reasons such as complexity, inconsistency, and fluctuation of the environment, researchers and
authorities in the discipline were motivated to develop theories in accordance with the environmental conditions. Models of
decision-making, while there is a rival, are among the theories which have attracted the owners of industries. Having employed
the ideas in strategic management and multiple criteria
decision-making (MCDM), the author presents a theory to managers who can use it to evaluate the relative status of their
company or organisation against their competitive rivals. In addition to introducing the method, this paper provides the
reader with an example to help them understand the method more comprehensively.
