Abstract

Numerous studies have been carried out by researchers on the organisational culture, its role, and the manner of its change and
development. But, unfortunately, many organisations in our country are not aware of the existence and the operating methods
of organisational culture. Having identified, modified, improved and directed organisational culture, successful managers influenes
individual behaviour at organisational level and provide means to reach the organisational objectives. In this paper a definition of
organisational culture is presented and its change and development are taken into account and the factors that influence
the ways of its change and its effectiveness are investigated. The methods of change and development of organisational culture
including education, removal of key personnel, development of a participative system, and a performance evaluation system,
improvment of a management system on the basis of the objective, change in the structure and other organizational system , and jobs planning are also examined.
