One of the managerial functions is to play an effective role in the organizational leadership. This topic has been extensively explored in the industrialized nations and has resulted in high attainments with helpful applications. The Persian texts abound in relatively copious evidence with respect to the leadership. But
there are great shortcomings in connection with recognitive methods of leadership behavior through applied tools (practicality
and applicability).
Considering the dire need for management development
especially in research activities and in initiating scientific and quantitative criteria for measuring the qualitative concepts, this
paper presents a sampling tool for recognizing and improving the effectiveness of the leadership behavior. It is hoped that this sphere of endeavor will receive the due attention of academics
and research centers along with fruitful participation of researchers and chief executive officers in the country. This effort
will ultimately come to fruition for managers.
