Today, stress appears as a threat to the life of mankind and shows destructive effects on the individual and the society. Stress
causes harms to employees and organizations. Man faces difficulties due to stresses,. for tasks being simple otherwise. This
research investigates the relationship between managerial ski11s, personality and stress in the high school educational managers in
the city of Hamadan.
This research employs field survey approach and the data are
acquired through three questionnaires for ski11s, personality and stress. The results appear to confirm that the above relationship
counts.
