Abstract

The present article Focuses on the necessity of bringing about change (s) in the higher educational system. By focusing on TOM
leadership, the atitudinal changes and utilization of the huge and precious human resources in universities in recent years have
resulted in productive outcomers in various countries. In this article, the importance of university leadership and the challenges
ensued in connection with implementation of total quality management in universities, which are bascd on a repertory of
past experiences, have been thoroughly explicated.
