Abstract

This research attempts to investigate the managerial factors from a behavinural point of view, affecting the promotion of
productivity. Within the framework of five variables, i.e. continuous justification, organizational support, continual
feedback, external awareness of managers and employees' participa tion, the basis for the research hypotheses has been
formed.
The main hypothesis stresses that the above-mentioned
variables, served as managerial factors, tie up significantly with
the promotion of productivity.
Statistical methods of hypothetical experiments (sign and
mean) arc employed to show that the effective factors rank as follows: organizational support, participation, external process
and effective adaptation, continuous justification, and continual
feedback. They believe that the criteria of the organizational culture and organizational effectiveness fa11 within the framework
of multiple criteria and that improvement of the organizational culture in the effective organization, will enhance its effectiveness.
The research shows that the behavioural criteria affect mostly the human relations and the open system mode1. That is why the

structural criteria are the most effective as far as the internal process and rational objective models are concerned.
This research adds the function of the organizational culture to I he main functions. Special characteristics, such as cooping on the
analysis level, composing views, taking into account the organizational culture criteria, the dynamic and coalitive nature of
organizations, comparison of the definitions and studies, priorities, multiple goals, optimization and satisfaction of the
parties concerned, have also been examined.
