More recently in the managerial literature, we have witnessed topics which arc suggestive of a new paradigm in the domain of "organization and management: A paradigm known by two theories of chaos and quantum. The theory of chaos has been extensively discussed whilst little has been said about the quantum theory. This article aims to identify this approach in physics and the impact of its intellectual and
philosophical foundation on the theories of organization and management. In order to reach a better understanding, first we compare
the quantum theory with the Newtonian theory and then, upon identification of its intellectual basis, we will discuss its impact on the intended theories.
