The Planning, organizing and conducting of resources are very important issues when a crisis occurs. In this paper, the resource planning for three types of critical situations is done by using mathematical models. Emergency preparedness and quick reaction are outstanding aspects of those models. Industrial crises such as financial, technological and labour are examined here along with the crises based on storms, earthquakes and fires. Objective functions and constraints in each model are compatible with a type of crisis. Sensitivity analysis and numerical conclusions have been accordingly investigated in the paper.
