The number of educational, research, and cultural centers in the world, the various expectations on the part of educational, research, and cultural centers in Iran, as
well as policies and requirements of regional and international communications, has necessitated an all encompassing research by the concerned institutions, aim is to utilize the policies of scientific, educational, and cultural exchanges for the establishment of external
communication.
