The aims of all these units are to create a condition where a balance is created and maintained between their various parts. From the organizational perspective, equilibrium strives at creating compatibility, harmony, coordination, and units among different units of the organization. If such conditions do not prevail in an organization it is generally understood that the organization has lost its equilibrium due to the influences of internal factors on its operations.
