Abstract

“The New Ideas in Leadership: Every Employee a Leader”
presents a new philosophy in leading the human resources. In our presents time where major technological change is undergoing through many organizations, innovative tools such as effective
leadership receives prime attention. ,Dr. Manoocher Hazer presents the following reasons
for this phenomenon:
1- Powerful market factors,
2- Creative managers and executives’ new perceptions of
their people,
3-Demand for leadership training which concentrate on
four stages of development, i.e., Overcoming fear, Building self confidence, Relating to others, and Communicating effectively. The author reminds that leadership skills are not, and have never been, a management monopoly. Today’s business slogan might be “Every Employee a Leader!”.
