In secular Societies, the managers make use
of the management knowledge and technique as an efficient device to achieve their own material demands of money, fame, power, etc. But in Islamic value system, individuals are trying to get close to god and to gain His satisfaction not to achieve material, vain, and vague goals exclusively. In this regard, the Islamic managers’ motivations an d characteristics are so different from those of secular community managers. In an Islamic community, the managers should not only have a true management, hut leadership features.
