Abstract

Though enjoying a relative reliability, the theories, patterns, and techniques have been expanded in the scope of human science like management. Besides, they are proved to be of a great importance in organizational applications. During these three decades, the quality circles, rising the quality of organizational processes, have attracted the attention of organizational behaviour theorists:
This essay discusses the formation of these circles, their structures, and the effects they have on the qualitative development of organizations. Moreover, these circles, in a framework of cultural status, are considered to be safe mechanisms for flourishing the staff capabilities by means of which they are persuaded to think of rising the organizational
products.
