Abstract

With the explosion of information on the one hand and population on the other during the past 300 years manknid is suffering from the complications of communication between people and particularly between members of organizations for more effective and more efficient cooperation. Everybody seem to have been convinced that current management practices have proven incapable of achieving this task.
The article approaches this problem from a new angle and proposes the creation self ¬organized and self-organizing specialist groups. It is also claimed that the present practice of personal communication is out-of-date and that it should be replaced by computer-aided-communication where electronic devices are exploited toward communication through text. The article concludes that the particular present characteristic is "information processing" therefore, such should be given priority to the availability of content since content would be accessible anyway. The task would be rather skills in reaching sources of information and means and whys of exploiting them.
