Hermeneutique is the basis for content analysis and it is derived from Hermes or mercure which one of the Greek Roman mythology symbol. In Persian language Hermeneutic is referrd to something of the science of interpretation and even the art of interpretation. Content analysis is a phase and level of information processing, by which the content of commumcation with the help of utilizing certain organized classificatory categorization can he interpreted and transformed into summarized and comparable data. This technique is to seek the perceptual, conceptual and affective implications of information. In this article, the idea of content analysis has been thoroughly studied. For this purpose the history of content analysis, its definition and realm, descriptive analysis, understanding and inference in the processes of content analysis have been studied.
