The issue of motivation is the most important matter in the area of behavior and organizational performance. The approach which considers human as an infinite resource and the only motivational factor, material incentive is a very simplistic one.
What is very much needed by managers is designing approaches that, based on that can by managers ohsorb the precious human resource and through creating more motivation can keep and maintain them.
Motivation is considered processes by which a need or deficiency, biological or psychic, and activities ” starts by a purposful behavior or a motivation in the direction of an internal stimulant.”
The theories of motivation which have been studied in this article leads to three major conclusion as:
1- Motivational analysis should he based on factors which activates the individual dynamic behavior.
2- Motivation is process oriented and focusses its attention on selection, direction and objectives.
3— Motivation considers the behavior
Initiation ,durability or termination of it and expresses the fact that the person which has innovation, how will react in a real sense.
