Abstract

An organization can only be successful if the individuals have close and effective communication with each other. But this notion is more in theory than in practice. With the help of annual communication auditing and taking into consideration the propositions and recommendations of auditors and experts it is
possible to prevent communications barriers and to help the managers in the process of problems, opportunity recognitions, appropriate decision making and creating atmosphere for Ingenuity, and creativity.
For the improvement of organizational communication there is not a single formula as determinant rule, hence the recommendation proposed in any unit is based on, interviews and questionnaire surveys. The article is the summary of a research which is been conducted for organizational communications auditing in national Iranian steel corporation. Three principal area have been tackled thoroughly in this article which are:
Analysis and study of existing communication system.
Analysis and study of the communication between Individuals and organization.
Analysis and study of communication between different units of organization. Theoretical principles of research, communication auditing, hypothesis testing, organizational structure analysis, along with recommendations have been dealt within this article.
