Abstract

The human nature of organizations is the first chapter dedicated to certain philosophical issues of human organization.
In this chapter the author deals with the impersonality of science, its evolution and in other words the knowledge vs subjective forces. The misapplication of the approaches of science to human affairs, size and impersonality, the limits of prediction, the determinants of program, qualitative variables, the nature of human organization, and depersonalization of society have been discussed in this article.
