Abstract

The great and amassing changes and developments of the last decades of 20th century based on the consensus of experts and
researches has been due to concern of educational processes with the objective of transferring human knowledge to other generations and increasing and boosting the morale and interests for further research.
Since education is one of the most influential element of adjustment and adaptation of employees with respect to ever changing nature of to days world, as well as creating changes in managers attitude and familiarizing them with the core problems of education, and training and upgrading the status of employess in acquiring administrative competence for accepting higher capacities and positions and their level of efficiencies.
It is obvious that the growth and development of organization and equipping their human elements as the fundamental resource completely of education and training is so important and pressing that even the committees for educational evaluation in developed countries do consider the existing level and budget for education, less than what is required. In this article which referring to characteristics of educational processes of employees different phases of educational evaluation and the systems of evaluation as well as the study of educational situation in Iranian Central Bank.
