Strategy development is a process which has been taken place due to military contingencies. In the course of history effective and productive realization of military objectives in war and defence has been the sign of strategic powers of
armies.
Strategy in its military sense is the art of planning (designing) leading (commanding) of military operations (forces) in a war;
Strategy in economic sense is a logical behavior based on inputs and data for a problem solution.
Strategy in administrative sense is the art of optimal utilization of resorces for realization of the organizational objectives in the most appropriate situations, or comprehensive, integrated and unified plan which can assure the realization of corporate objectives.

4- Style, place and condition of competition determination.
