In recent years, development of human resources through training and education has been considered as the main factor for sustainable development. Parallel to this the importance of the role of organization and management in development of countries has been emphasized forcefully. In several developing countries even increasing consideration is been given to the necessity of productivity and profit generation of organizations. For this purpose in the 80’s tremendous emphasis and consideration has been given to training and education of managers on the global level. Hence management education
and training has been recognized as the most effective attempt in improvement of performance and productivity.
The role and importance of organization and management in sustainable development as well as analysis of the role of human resources in development have been analyzed in this article.
