The performance of Job improvement planning in manufacturing and big-size corporation in Japan have been evaluated,
based on interview with employees and staff executives which proposes the framework of organizational improvement plans. The result of this research demonstrates that the Job improvement plans within the traditional management system of Japan does not motivate the employees for participation in their career plannings.
The Japanese traditional management performance which is the central core of economic success of Japanese corporation, with respect to the present trends do not bring about efficiency and effectiveness. Thus the personnel department of Japanese corporation should determine the best and, the most appropriate strategy for human resource development and betterment of personnels requirement of present and future necessary and adequate decision making provisions should be delineated.
