Considering the history of man's social life and the formative process of states in the human community, it appears that realization of social justice underpins the rationale and legitimacy of government action in the political, economic and cultural arenas of a society.
Man's effort towards the quest of justice reflects a continuous challenge for its conceptualization by theorists where different interpretations have been presented to those who want to achieve
justice. James P. Sterba, in categorizing the schools of political
philopsophies, has defined the utlimate political ideals in liberal, socialist, liberal demoratic, communitarianist, feminist and post-modernist doctrines in a way towards the achievement of ambitions such as liberty, equality, a blend of equality and liberty, common good, equality between men and women, as well as negation of meta-narratives and grand theories. It seems as though human societies have forced some definitions into the concept of justice in parallel with their maturity and needs.
Contemplation over the diversity of opinions of the adherents of such schools will spur the mind to seek the truth nature of justice which is explicable on the basis of the truth and obligation to it and in the light of negating relativism in conceptualization of justice, present ideal types such as Ahmadian and Alavian Justice to the mankind. Furthermore, aspirations for Truth-oriented justice and attempt for its realization are contingent on the maturity of justice acceptance and popular desire the Truth-directing. Hence it is inferred that the realization of "Justice
Community" is dependent on the "Truth-oriented conceptualization" and its enthusiastic accepetance by the majority of people in the soicety.
