In this article the government accountability system in Iran is analyzed and compared with the prevalent systems in France, England, Japan and the United States of America.
This investigation is covering three areas of constitutional law, administrative system and civil society which may serve as an underlying principle to design an appropriate model of governmental accountability system before the clientele and citizens. Such system is basically meant to respect and protect the peoples rights in Iran.
