Abstract

Since the investment in the information systems needs huge financial resources and failure in such investments will incur excessive costs for an organization the managers of the information systems will be facing the tough question of recognizing, evaluating and selecting the required information systems. The most sensitive part of strategic planning for information systems is recognition and determination of priorities for this purpose. In this article, the model of recognizing and prioritizing the development of information systems in tandem with organizational objectives, strategies and plans, has been presented by using CSF, technique of hierarchical analysis process as well as genetic algorithm (Hisspm). Finally, the practical results of this model have been assessed and analyzed by testing the relevant hypothesis.
