Abstract

In this study, we identify the strategic alliances and investigate their critical success factors. Based on the literature review, was identify and select the most important behavioral parameter, namely Trust and analyze the state of it in one of the most important strategic alliances on Iranian Automotive Industry. Thus, we behaviorally and indirectly analyze the success of alliance performance by the most important success factor and also we have gained a comprehensive insight about trust among partners, its dimentions and level of alliance performance.
