After termination of vertical integrating era in which the organizations themselves carried out and performed ensuring supply chain activities throaty from its beginning to the end (from ensuring layer to distribution layer and deliverance of clients' productions and services), now the era of organizational outsourcing activities has appeared. Nowdays, measurement and control of the outsourcing activities is one of the managers disturbances. And this has exposed to the experts' style and thoughts because of human's judgment and reasoning and more above all, lack of certainty conditions in marked measurement and this will risk the subject's continuation pf outsourcing activities. After the contemplation of accomplished studies related to marked measurement and standards of producers' operation, we have examined existing measurement method in this essay and we present a portion fuzzy control of measurement distinction method according to its operation. At the end regarding the subject importance while doing an empirical study in industry section we'll analyze and assimilate the outcomes.
