Some Theories about the Domain of Islamic Management

Abstract

This essay is an endeavour to discuss the
managerial dead - locks and dilemas of
western world and the most - developed and
industrialized countries who increasingly are
facing with such crisis, and also to find some
ways to break through those problems with the
due respect to Islamic approaches and
insights. The author believes that the
managers and leaders of third - world
countries, having regarded their own unique
cultural backgrounds and special conditions
and indigenous values and beliefs should not
strictly accept and follow the technological and
managerial means and skills extracted from so
- called western modern models and patterns.
That's because all these means are the origin
of the destructive and fatal consequences such
as the third world countries debts and dues,
hunger, illiteracy, unemployment etc. In fact,
instead of abandonment of one's abilities and
knowledge, one should turn back to it's own
cultural, Islamic, domestic values and concepts
and also by considering and getting guidlines
from Islamic knowledge, find solutions for the
problems.
That are quite in accordance and
compatible with mankind's nature and instinct.
In this essay the author has offered some
sets of theories which are all based on "the
dynamic Essence" that can make the Firm
criteria and basis for assessment and
evaluation of kinds of approaches and
plannings in Islamic societies. These criteria
and scales are quite originated from koran,
methods and deeds of Innocents (Imams) and
Islamic leaders' theories and approaches and
also the experiences gained during past years
of the Flourishing Islamic Republic of Iran.
